I adore frozen yogurt for its swirly tart goodness! I haven't the slightest idea if 'tis merely a SoCal craze, with froyo shops currently popping up from every street corner like stubborn dandelions, but I confess I get pee-in-my-pantaloons excited when encountering a froyo locale, usually emerging from it as a customer brimming with happiness whilst clutching a hefty cup of the light and exceedingly tasty fruit-drizzled refreshment! To take a glance at the froyo joints I deem visit-worthy and the ones not, mosey on over to my personal blog, sonshiny days.

A little business-y
I collaborated with my dear old pal, Photoshop, this afternoon past to craft a business card reminiscent of my Etsy shop's banner.
Now, thanks to the chummy fellow's business card know-how, 'tis uploaded and a mere step or two from being ready to ship!

Big on buttons
of all shapes, hues, and sizes, indeed. A chummy fellow, well aware that I'm enamored with all things Disney, surprised me with a vivid treat this balmy morning past.
We subsequently dropped by one of my most favorite embellishment vendors and I ambled away with, per usual, more than I had anticipated purchasing.

Cuppa tea
Chitter-chattering with lovely chums over a cuppa tea and delicate pastries is undoubtedly one of my most favorite pastimes. English Breakfast or Brown Rice Green Tea, please!

Mushroom fields
I've yet to frolic in a field of mushrooms, but I imagine it'd look a tad like this.
Cupcake delight
If only I could bake an edible batch that looks as splendidly fun as this. To be listed on Etsy soon!
Tree of whimsy
...concocted from much that I adore. This Gadget Garb features a fanciful tree with curling branches, kelly green leaves, and a lovely button. It shall be unveiled to Etsyville soon enough!

Sheer whimsy
Oh my, I've been spinning a bit of sheer whimsy this weekend past! I've gotten quite the case of jitters in anticipation of opening my Etsy shop in the impending weeks! 'Tis all in the Lord's hands, and 'tis up to Him what shall become of this little venture, and I am nervous yet excited to watch His plans unfold. I've opted to specialize in technogadget cases, or as I shall dub them, Gadget Garb. I often scour near and far for nostalgically playful yet practical cases for my cell phone, mp3 player, and digicam, but alas, always end up empty-handed. I've also scrutinized the cases currently residing on Etsy, but I've discovered none analogous to the fanciful visions of my Gadget Garb. Oh, I cannot wait!

Paper fancies
I've been concocting a copious hodgepodge of crafty schemes that involve fabric and trimmings accomplices of late, which all get jotted down in my trusty notebook. T'was formerly a dreary sterile white, until this afternoon past. After digging into my scrapbooking stash of aesthetic goodness, my notebook bloomed into a vintage-bedecked parcel of paper.
I cannot wait to bring the crafty notions within to life! Until then, they shall remain wispy paper fancies.

This crafty tale of mine
commenced with the thrill of needlework through nifty needlepoint, adept knitting, and quilting handstitchery at age 9,
fashioning chic and swankified Barbie doll garments from fabric scraps at age 11,
graphically designing layouts and formulating HTML and Javascript codes to conjure collage-reminiscent personal webpages at age 12 (the days of yore when version 6.0 of Adobe Photoshop was hailed the latest must-have toolbox for the design-oriented),

daubing vibrant paint to jazz up lifeless run-of-the-mill furniture at age 13,
embellishing frivolities and penciling wishful apparel on paper at age 14, altering fabulous vintage finds at age 15, designing organizational tees and sweatshirts in which I partook at age 16,

convivially crocheting a storm of cushy goodness at age 19,
and so very much more in store for I am now 20 (going on 21 in 7 month's time).
I fancy dabbling in all arts and craftiness, but there remains much I yearn to learn in this sweeping realm. While I am no connoiseur of things creative, I adore undertaking artsy ventures and succumbing to my inclination towards whimsical details, vintage everything, childlike flair, the thrill of frills, and nostalgic notions. Praise God for He reveals to us His utmost craftsmanship in our creative endeavors!
